All of our food begins with local fresh ingredients. Our vegetables and fruits are grown by local farmers in Vava’u. The fresh fish is caught daily in the Pacific Ocean surrounding Tonga. We strive to use locally grown herbs to add flavor and spice up our food.
For lunch we have great personal-size pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and a number of vegetarian options.
Light bites, or starters, are served throughout the day and include our popular bruschetta, fried macaroni and cheese balls, and hot-wing chicken tenders.
Our dinner menu features nightly specials with an emphasis on fresh fish, Mexican specialties, pastas, and our huge family-size pizzas.
Dessert can be as simple as ice cream and a brownie, or as fancy as fried bananas served with toasted coconut-topped ice cream.
We use fresh ground coffee beans for our all our coffee and espresso drinks. Our yummy milkshakes are made with real ice cream and we are happy to add fresh local fruit. We feature Thirst Smoothies in a variety of flavors along with our famous fresh fruit smoothies.
Wine and Spirits
Happy hours are from 4-7 PM daily with specials on beer, wine, and cocktails. We have the only draft beer available in Vava’u as well as a lot of cold imported beers, and our bar is fully stocked with the most popular liquors.
We have an extensive list of imported wines from around the world so you’re sure to find something that pleases your palate.
